Stand-up Nemeroff's 2020 album, The Pursuit of Comedy Has Ruined My Life, was nominated for a Juno Award for Comedy Album of the Year. Nemeroff, who was from Montreal, Quebec, had been on Conan, a talk show hosted by Conan O'Brien. He had also been on the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival.
He was also in two episodes of the second season of the comedy TV show Roast Battle Canada. In each episode, two comedians roast each other on stage, and Russell Peters, Sabrina Jalees, and K. Trevor Wilson decide who wins.
